The TS list for the Baltic Sea region is being continuously revised and updated by a dedicated Correspondence Group according to the TS selection criteria, including impacts on human health, economy and environment (document 3-4 to HELCOM/OSPAR TG BALLAST 9-2018, Outcome of the first meeting of the joint HELCOM/OSPAR task group on ballast water management convention (BWMC) and biofouling (JTG BALLAST &BIOFOULING 1-2021)).
The current TS list was proposed by the Baltic Sea Region INTERREG project COMPLETE/COMPLETE PLUS experts (2021) and is under consideration to be approved.
